My wife and I recently decided to sell our rental apartment, located in Surrey, BC. We contacted Greyfriars Realty Ltd to arrange a meeting to list the apartment. We met at the apartment with both Jeff Stephenson (Owner) and Gloria McGalliard (Real Estate Agent) to review the apartment and discuss the details regarding the listing.
The apartment was vacant and had been freshly painted and cleaned in preparation to list the property for sale.
